Refund policy


We offer you the option of exchanging or returning your purchases within 14 days of delivery. To do this, the products must be intact and in their original packaging. Delivery costs are non-refundable and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the order once it is returned in inventory to our warehouse.

However, clearance products and personalized products, such as clothes or pacifier clips, are final sales, i.e. they are non-exchangeable / non-refundable.
